How to Apply
For assistance with Christmas Dinner and gifts and toys for children 16 and under, you must apply before the deadline. The deadline changes each year, so check with your local JCEO Outreach Center in the Town in which you reside. City of Plattsburgh residents should apply at the Salvation Army. In the Towns of Beekmantown, Mooers and Schuyler Falls, where there is no Outreach Centers, families are required to apply at their Town Offices.

Our physical address changes yearly, but our mailing address stays consistent.
Eligibility requirements are:
- There must be children in the household, age 16 and under, at time of application.
- Applicant must have proof of social security numbers for all in household.
- Must show proof of income for everyone in the household, including salaries, Benefits, child support, etc.
- In the case of custodial situations, the full Christmas package will go to the Parent who will have the children on Christmas Day, and that parent must make application.
The Christmas Bureau is a non-government, community donor-funded, all volunteer organization whose sole mission is to provide Christmas for low-income families throughout Clinton County. We are a Not-for-Profit 501c-3 organization.
